Hi, I'm Paul Ryman, Personal Trainer and Sports Coach, based in Frome, Somerset. With over fifteen years' experience I have been involved in sport all my life and now my passion is competing in triathlons from sprint distance to full Ironman events.
I have a private Personal Training studio located in Frome. This is a fantastic facility where you can train with me on a one2one basis or as a small group. Whether you are beginning your fitness journey or an experienced athlete looking to improve personal performance, I will give you the motivation and commitment so that together we can achieve your own personal goals.

Taking on a sporting challenge can be a daunting process but you don't have to do it alone. I will help you achieve your chosen goal with support, motivation and a bespoke structured training plan.
If your swimming technique requires some attention, I have access to a fantastic elite endless pool where I will analyse your stroke and supplement your training with tailored swim sessions.
